one.

So just a couple days ago, I was asked by a co-worker to make t-shirts for his band.. Which was kinda cool, considering nobody has ever asked me to do something like that before. He was pretty lame at giving me something to work with.. BUT, he did give me their 'logo'/name to put on the shirt and they wanted it in this particular font, and he wasn't sure what it was called..


So I was all excited to get to use the sites we found out about in class, just to see how they worked.. This font has some pretty neat decoration along with it, which I think might be why they liked it so much. It's obviously a serif font, and I'd say it has an older font feel to it because you don't really see fonts like this much anymore. It's spaced pretty close together. I don't think I'd want to use it to type a paragraph or something, but it definitely stands out to me. I'd say it's a good choice for them to use as their logo/identity. Anyway, when I went to MyFonts and uploaded the image, it came up with different styles of Fette Fraktur.. Turns out, it's actually a updated version of this font called dirt2soulstalker.. It's based of the Fette Frakture font, but it has the cool decoration effect.
